Kevin H. Roche, Esq., MBA., is a senior executive proficient in large, small and startup company situations and skilled in strategic planning, major transactions, board representation and corporate governance, legal, regulatory and governmental affairs and comprehensive health care operations and policy. Mr. Roche was formerly Senior Vice President UNITEDHEALTH GROUP, Minneapolis and was also with Partners National Health Plans and American Medcenters, Inc. Mr. Roche has developed the strategy for and created a health information and research business that became the market leader.

In four years he built a new company that had $400 million in revenue and was widely recognized as the best broad-based health information and research business. He has participated in over 75 merger, acquisition, divestiture or joint venture transactions and was the lead negotiator in many of these transactions and integrated many of these transactions into existing businesses. He has selected and built a senior management teams and organized a total staff of 2500 spread across 15 countries while creating strong compliance programs. Mr. Roche was also Assistant Attorney General in the Minnesota Attorneys General Office (1980-82). Mr. Roche received his MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business and his Law Degree also from the University of Minnesota.
